PRICE INCLUDES:
(3) Three Lines of Text (only) - or -

Extra Lines will be charged $5.00 per line for additional lines of copy or stock art. Limited wording to as few characters as possible to enhance your design.

CUSTOM ARTWORK:
A $50.00 one-time plate charge is required for company logos or customer supplied artwork (per color). Camera Ready, Black & White Artwork must be provided. We will forward artwork requirements to the email address provided with instructions on sending electronic art. Proofs are required for custom artwork orders.

SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS:
Please give instructions for setup or arrangement in the SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS BOX provided. Otherwise, our typesetters will arrange your design & text for best appearance and fit. Proofs are available in Black & White only.
