What are Paper Trails' HR Open Door meetings?

At Paper Trails, we have an Open Door Policy.  Our HR Open Door meetings are a free, 30-minute opportunity to connect directly with our HR expert, Dawn Pahel, every Tuesday from 10:00-10:30am. Whether you’re a small business owner or an HR professional, these sessions provide a welcoming space to ask HR-related questions and get advice on navigating the challenges within your organization. Dawn, who is PHR and SHRM-CP certified, brings her extensive experience to help you address general HR concerns, ensuring your business stays on the right track. This is a valuable resource designed to give you the guidance you need, without the commitment of a full consultation.

Join us on the 3rd Tuesday of each month at 2pm for our monthly training webinars at Paper Trails, where we dive into essential compliance topics such as Maine’s Paid Family and Medical Leave (PFML) law or Wage and Hour Audits.
