Our pricing is simple with no nickel and diming (we hate that!). Once our team learns about your business and its’ needs, we will provide a quote for services based on the pricing below.

These services range from $0.50 to $1.00 additional per employee per service.


Quarterly & Year End Tax Reconciliation & Filing
Paper Trails reconciles all quarterly and annual payroll tax filings and submits them with appropriate taxing agencies on your behalf.
- Quarterly federal and state returns: $65 per state
- Year end & W-2 processing: $110 plus $4 per W-2
- Amendments: $100 per hour
Compliance Documents
At Paper Trails, one of our main priorities is keep your business compliant. That is why we will work to obtain certain compliance documents for your business starting at $149 each. These documents include:
- Section 125 Plan documents
- ERISA Wrap SPD documents
- Health FSA
- HSA Module
These documents are federally required and must be stored in case of audit. Feel free to contact us for more information regarding these documents.
